  • Project Manager

    Job Description:

    • Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and software developers.
    • Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
    • Assembling and leading the project team.
    • Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.
    • Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
    • Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible.
    • Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
    • Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
    • Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
    • Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance.

    Requirement:

    • A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in project management and software development.
    • Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
    • Excellent technical knowledge.
    • Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
    • Certificates are optional but highly recommended.

  • UI UX Designer & Marketing Designer

    Job Description:

    • Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers
    • Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
    • Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
    • Build page navigation buttons and search fields
    • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
    • Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
    • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
    • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
    • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
    • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
    • Design marketing materials, brochures, flyers, posters, email headers, trade show banners
    • Design, build and maintain social media presence

    Requirements:

    • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
    • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
    • Portfolio of design projects
    • Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch)
    • Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

  • Software Engineer (Fresh)

    Responsibilities

    • Work closely with product managers, business analyst and designers to deliver projects within specified time frame.
    • Work with other developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
    • Develop and program software applications based on user requirements
    • Write and implement clean, efficient code
    • Integrate software components and third-party programs
    • Test, verify and deploy programs and applications into production
    • Maintain and upgrade existing system applications
    • Recommend and execute improvements to current systems

    Requirements

    • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
    • Prior experience in development, testing, and deployment of a software solution (web application & mobile application)
    • Knowledge of client-side languages and frameworks/systems (e.g. React, Angular, Vue, Laravel, etc.) and/or server-side languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript, PHP, Phyton, etc.)

    Job Description:

    • Review software requirements and preparing multiple test scenarios.
    • Prepare test scripts for each scenarios that was prepared.
    • Execute tests on software usability based on test scripts and scenarios.
    • Analyse test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.
    • Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out.
    • Working closely with clients, developers, and managerial staff.
    • Performing user acceptance testing with clients.
    • Documenting result of testing sessions and determine criticality of issues.
